There is a lot of energy that goes into discussions like, destiny, luck determines our present and future. Have you ever thought what makes the actual difference between two persons of equal ability, one successful and other not so successful. I feel it is vision that sets the tone of our future.
This is fastest moving generation where ability is just a step away. If you really want to acquire a skill, there are range of opportunities available to make you learn. It would not take more than one month or so to overcome one's shortcomings and turn them into your comfort zone, if not make them your strength.
As long as the vision is absent there is no use of ability. You can be as able as Sachin Tendulkar, but if you lack vision, the desire to achieve, you will remain what you are. There is serious need to have vision and desire to attain that vision to put your ability to test and allow your ability to deliver results.
So I feel, it is vision that makes difference between two or any number of able people. First have vision and trust me it will not take much time to gather ability to fulfill the vision.
